Extra Deep Version also available:
An extra deep version of this kiln is also available. Choose the Extra Deep version of this kiln and get a recessed chamber, giving another 105mm of internal height. The length and width of the kiln remains the same, but the internal height is increased to 330mm. The total external height increases to 635mm. The power rating remains the same.

Power Supply: single phase or 3-phase and neutral (240V/ 415V N). This kiln will all run on either single phase or three phase as standard and can be changed at any time simply by removing or adding a special link bar (that is provided with the kiln) to the mains connections. Elements:
The kiln is equipped with high performance, hard-wearing infra-red quartz elements and well-designed insulation. It has a fast react thermocouple and is also fast cooling. The elements are located in the lid for even heating; this also makes them easy to replace if required. The elements are switched off when the lid is opened by an automatic safety switch.
Lid:
The lid is made from stainless steel: powder coated and oven baked. It is lined out with press cut, non-ceramic fibre. This eliminates the risk of brick dust particles dropping from the lid, making for a very clean firing environment. The lid construction enables the Pro-fuser to retain the heat when needed but still release heat rapidly during the all-important cool-down period.
The lid stays open once lifted, leaving you with both hands free to load or unload the kiln. There are also two handles for left or right hand lifting and a catch to hold the lid closed.
In the centre of the lid is a large spy/vent hole with spring return, anti dust flap - great for keeping an eye on your firing.
Base:
The base section of the chamber is made from lightweight refractory brick and is a flat floor without recess, making loading and unloading easy.
Controller
The Pro-fuser comes with the KCR32C programmer which is a multi-program controller targeted towards glass use with 32 programs each of up to 32 segments. Each segment is a controlled heating/cooling ramp followed by a soak. It is supplied pre-programmed with 9 typical glass programs (which can be over-written).

Optional WiFi Controller Upgrade – Contact Customer Services for more details. This kiln is available with an optional upgrade to the KCR32CWIFI controller. The KCR32CWIFI is the same as the standard KCR32C, but in addition it offers real time kiln monitoring from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. The is enables the user to be able to view what the present status and temperature the kiln is, where it is in the given program, review the program, view error faults and manually stop the firing if needed. Stand (Optional):
The Pro-fuser stand has two shelves, one for the kiln to sit on and one for your own use. It raises the kiln by 650mm to a comfortable height. It is made of steel and is powder coated to match the kiln. The stand is supplied ready for assembly.

Stand with Castors (Optional):
Choose a stand with castors to make your kiln easily moveable. A worthwhile extra!
Delivery:
Delivery is kerbside only and does not include installation. Please consider that you may need help to situate the kiln. The kiln will be delivered boxed on a pallet measuring 104cm x 168cm.
- Delivery is free to Mainland UK. We subsidise delivery costs where possible, however some destinations may require an extra delivery charge. Additional charges may also apply if there is restricted access to property. Other destinations may vary - please contact for quote.
When your kiln is ready for delivery, we’ll contact you to book in a date that is convenient for you. Deliveries are Monday - Friday and someone will need to be available at the premises to take delivery of the kiln. We are unable to specify a delivery time until the morning of the scheduled delivery.
Deliveries outside the UK: Delivery charges vary. While we subsidise delivery costs where we can, for some destinations we may have to request an extra delivery charge in addition to the one calculated at checkout. If this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible to agree this with you, and always before the kiln is dispatched.
Delivery is usually within 4-6 weeks.
This kiln will fit through minimum door width of 90cm (with minor disassembly)
