Safety Goggles: Didymium, for Flameworking

Essential for flameworking without scrimping on comfort and style; "Didymium" glasses are made with glass that partially filters the wavelength given off by molten sodium (yellow/orange), which is damaging to the eyes.

We also stock Didymium Goggles which fit over standard spectacles.

Please Note: These goggles are not designed for looking into a kiln for prolonged periods, due to infra-red (heat) radiation given off.  

If you look into the kiln, keep your face (and eyes) well away from the heat and keep the time you spend as short as possible.
