Make the most of your dichroic off-cuts. A quick, easy and stylish way to finish your glass earrings and use up those pieces of scrap glass.
Cut your glass to the shape of the blank. Layer it up to 6mm thick and fire to create a glass cabochon. Then simply glue your cabochon into the earring blank with a two-part epoxy. Alternatively, create the glass required in any shape, then cut it down to fit the blank. Grind to a smooth finish before glueing.
These high quality triangular dangle earring blanks include ear hooks and silver plated bases. The blank is designed so that once the glass cabochon is inserted the silver rim will show around the edge, encapsulating your glass.
