      Are you an enthusiastic individual looking to increase your skill-set and gain industry experience with a leading organisation? If so, this is a great opportunity to take your next step as an Order Processing Assistant with our fun and friendly team based on the outskirts of Bristol.

      Who will I be working for?

      We are Europe’s largest retailer of high-quality glass fusing supplies and accessories. We are now looking for an Order Processing Assistant to join our dedicated team in Wrington.

      What are the benefits?

      What will I be doing?

      As an Order Processing Assistant, you will ensure that customer orders are well presented and they receive outstanding levels of service. In this varied role, you’ll have an eye for detail, accurately take orders and ensure that excellent customer service is delivered. Working in-line with Health and Safety requirements, you’ll pick and review orders, ensure work areas are clean and tidy and help the Operations Manager to resolve any problems with orders.

      What do I need?

      While no experience is essential, to be considered as an Order Processing Assistant, you’ll need: - At least five GCSEs or equivalent at grade A* - C (9 - 4 new system) including English and Maths - Good attention to detail - The ability to work well in a team - Strong communication skills

      Strong communication skills

      Although not essential, previous Picker and/or Packer experience would be beneficial to your application.
