    • Marketing Co-ordinator

      Are you an enthusiastic individual looking to increase your marketing skill-set and gain industry experience with a leading organisation? If so, this is a great opportunity to take with our fun and friendly team based on the outskirts of Bristol.

      Who will I be working for?

      We are Europe’s largest retailer of high-quality glass fusing supplies and accessories. We recently became an Employee Owned Trust, meaning that our staff have a real say in how the business is run, and we are also pending B Corp certification.

      What will I be doing?

           Social Media & E-shots: Creating and posting engaging social media posts and sending emails to an agreed schedule.

           New Product Development: Editing new product images, co-ordinating the new product schedule with our Procurement Manager and uploading new products and details to the website.

           Digital Content & PR: Plan, implement and develop PR campaigns, and regularly update new and existing content across the website. Create visually engaging banners for use across marketing channels.

           General: To provide cover and administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Director as required.

      What do I need?

      Experience of the above is preferred but not essential. You’ll need: - At least ten GCSEs or equivalent at grade A* - C (9 - 4 new system) including English and Maths - Good attention to detail - The ability to work well in a team - Exceptional communication skills

      What will I be doing?

      As an Order Processing Assistant, you will ensure that customer orders are well presented and they receive outstanding levels of service. In this varied role, you’ll have an eye for detail, accurately take orders and ensure that excellent customer service is delivered. Working in-line with Health and Safety requirements, you’ll pick and review orders, ensure work areas are clean and tidy and help the Operations Manager to resolve any problems with orders.

      What do I need?

      While no experience is essential, to be considered as an Order Processing Assistant, you’ll need: - At least five GCSEs or equivalent at grade A* - C (9 - 4 new system) including English and Maths - Good attention to detail - The ability to work well in a team - Strong communication skills
