Product Information

Bullseye frit is made from crushed, screened and magnetically cleaned Bullseye Compatible sheet glass. Available in a huge variety of colours, frit gives the opportunity to add a unique element to your glass work.

Frits are extremely versatile and can be used in kilnforming, including 'glass sketch' and painting with light techniques, as well as in torch working and blowing, to create colours and patterns on surfaces.

Frits are available in a Powder, Fine, Medium, Coarse and Extra Coarse form.

Working Notes

If you are using clear glass with silver clay, use Crystal Clear as this is designed for working with silver.

Cold characteristics:

Very faint green tint when viewed on edge.

Working notes:

Stable. No colour shift.

Fine and Medium frits usually appear lighter than their fired colour, even when the glass is not a striker. Coarse frits less so.

All our glass is COE90, Bullseye Glass compatible and suitable for applications such as glass fusing, glass casting and glass slumping (unless otherwise stated in the description).

These are great, so many different sizes and comes in a large plastic screw top - I got more than I thought I was going to get! Very handy to have around.

This clear, extra large frit is a brilliant product. Pack contains a good variety of different sized glass. Gives a smooth but, textured finish when fully fused. Can be sprinkled over work or, picked out and hand placed in the way that I use it. (Recently hand sized and placed 100+ pieces on my latest work - very therapeutic!!).

Fantastic results when used in multiple layers . . . I only layered twice for my project and result was exactly what I wanted.

I'm on my second pack already - give it a try, I'm sure that you will be pleased that you did.

Bullseye . . . Please note - this product would be great in a coloured range, as well.
