General
We are open from Monday - Thursday (8am and 4.30pm), and Friday (8am - 2pm), excluding Bank Holidays. Please note: We do not have a physical shop to browse in.
If our offices are closed, feel free to send us an email or leave a voicemail - our team will get back to you during opening hours.
For Click & Collect orders, please arrive 30 minutes before closing time.
Placing an Order
We have a very efficient warehouse, which is great because we can get your order out to you quickly, but it does mean that unfortunately we cannot add to an order.

The easiest way to pay for your order is to use an instant payment method, such as debit or credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay etc.
We also offer payment by bank transfer, but we cannot dispatch goods until the funds are received.
If you are a school or college and have an Education Account with us, then you can enter a Purchase Order number at checkout. An invoice will be sent at the same time, payable within 30 days.
Value Added Tax is charged at the UK standard rate on all items delivered to a UK address.
If you are ordering to a country outside of the UK, all taxes and duties are either included in the product price or calculated at checkout. Deliveries to most countries as shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), which means there is nothing for you to pay upon delivery. Customers in select countries will be offered the option to pay DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), but this service does not guarantee the tax or duty fees after checkout. We have a number of discount schemes available for Bullseye Glass, Accessory Glass, and Dichroic Glass.
Our loyalty scheme is based on when you reach a certain spend level. We also have discounts for students, teachers, schools, and those who are registered with an approved glass assocation.

We support students, teachers, schools, and colleges with our discount scheme. Students must be on an accredited glass course of 12 weeks or longer.
Simply fill out the application form on either the the Students, Teachers or Education page, and a member of our team will be in touch to confirm your eligibility.

For orders to the UK, we typically use Royal Mail for small orders, and DPD for everything else - this will vary depending on which delivery option you choose. When we dispatch the order, you will receive a tracking number.
For international orders we use a third-party to fulfill delivery (Global-e), who use a variety of couriers with tracking information.

In most circumstances a card will be left if you are not in. The driver may leave the parcel with a neighbour or take it to the depot to attempt re-delivery the following day.
If you order is being delivered by DPD, you should receive a text or notifcation, with options if you are not in. Please note: Requests to leave in a 'safe place' are done at your own risk, as we cannot claim for loss or theft of items left unattended on your instruction.
Crates and certain kilns are sent by special courier and the driver will ring you arrange a delivery date with you nearer the time. If you are not in, then a card will be left and the item kept at the depot to attempt redelivery. For more information, take a look at our Delivery & Returns page.
Yes! We offer a free Click & Collect service for orders, and these will typically be ready within 24 hours on working days.

No. Due to the volume of glass we cut and the need to keep the warehouse running as efficiently as possible, we regret that we are unable to offer a 'cut to order' service.
This is usually mentioned in our dichroic sheets, where you may be asked if you prefer 'hot' or 'cold' colours. The quarter sheets of the rainbow-coated dichroics will usually contain a good mix of colours from across the rainbow, however smaller sheets will usually only contain part of the spectrum.
We offer our customers the option (if desired) to request either 'hot' colours (reds, oranges, yellows etc) or 'cold' colours (purples, blues, greens, etc.) via the Special Instructions box in the basket.
Our pickers will then do their very best to select sheets containing mainly these hues, where available - giving you more control over the colour blend you receive.
