Silicon Carbide is a hard abrasive that provides an economical way to cut or grind glass and other hard materials. Simply put a small pile on a piece of glass, add a small squirt of water and grind down your piece making your way through the grit sizes from 80 grit to 400 grit.

The Silicone Carbide grit is reusable, therefore you can use it and store it to use for future coldworking projects.
