Bullseye opalescent sheet glass has an assertiveness and complexity of colour that isn’t matched anywhere. These sheets, when held to light, respond with a fascinating array of complementary hues—like an opal.

May react with Copper, Lead, Silver

Cold Characteristics: 

This style may not reveal (or strike to) ts target colour until fired.

Partly transparent. May contain thin threads of colour variation.

Working Notes: 

Colour opalizes upon firing, becoming more consistent. Colour may dapple
with excessive heatwork.

This style is not suitable for kilncasting because it can become
incompatible when

held at high temperatures for an extended period.

applications such as glass fusing, glass casting and glass slumping (unless
