Important: All returned items must be boxed in original packaging, and sent by registered post or courier. Please contact our team before returning items. Print and enclose a returns form with any items.
Changed your mind? Simply return the item to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused, in perfect re-sellable condition, boxed and in original packaging - you'll be responsible for the postage cost.
Faulty or damaged goods? Return the item to us within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund, and we'll also refund the cost of postage. Contact us before returning items, as we can send a returns label.
If goods are declared faulty after 30 days, and within 6 months, we will (after testing the product ourselves):
Items returned must be boxed with all original packaging, and should be sent by registered post or courier. Goods with their own guarantee will be covered for the period of the guarantee.
£2.40 - UK Breakage Cover
We experience very few breakages, and we'll always replace items broken in transit. Our Breakage Cover ensures that your broken item is replaced or compensated within 1-2 working days.
Without Breakage Cover, we may request that your damaged goods are returned to us for inspection before compensation or replacement can be issued.
Overseas Orders: We cannot offer breakage cover for orders outside of the UK. If your feel your items have been inadequately packaged, please contact our Customer Service team.
