Product Information

Try adding dichroic frit of flakes to create some sparkle.

All our moulds are designed for multiple use and with care should last for many firings.

Dimensions

Mould size: 25cm x 14cm x 3cm

Snowflake Sizes: 11cm x 12cm approximately

Fill Weights: 25-30 grams of frit in each snowflake

Please note that all our moulds are hand-made and therefore the dimensions may vary slightly from those shown. Mould manufacturers allow a tolerance of up to 2cm. We strongly recommend cutting the glass to the size measured from the actual mould rather than relying solely on the dimensions shown.

Wonderful glass snowflakes

Having the big mould with one snowflake, I have been trying these days to fuse with several colors, and the result is amazing: snowflakes are absolutely gorgeous, and easy to make, following the advised schedule. I am over the moon!

Great mould, have tried different firing temps for different results and like all of them! Used primo primer and the snowflakes came out with no problems. Now I need the medium one to make lots more!

Took a while to experiment with different temps in my kiln, firebox 14. Now happy with the result, sometimes even put them back in upside down for another fuse, this time a tack,, not so much to do afterwards ...
