Product Information

This set provides you with a fantastic selection of coloured Bullseye frits
and powders. Each pack contains an assortment of fine, medium, coarse and
powder frit in both transparent and opalescent glass.

Includes 5 different shades in 45ml pots (total weight of frit is
approximately 250g).

Use the Beach Frit Collection on White Tekta or White Opal
to make a captivating beach seascape.

Please note: We always aim to provide a good mix of
shades and grades; however, these are subject to availability and may differ
from the image shown.

Bullseye frit is made from crushed, screened and magnetically cleaned Bullseye Compatible sheet glass. Available in a huge variety of colours, frit gives the opportunity to add a unique element to your glass work.

Frits are extremely versatile and can be used in kilnforming, including 'glass sketch' and painting with light techniques, as well as in torch working and blowing, to create colours and patterns on surfaces.

Frits are available in a Powder, Fine, Medium, Coarse and Extra Coarse form.

Working Notes

Fine and Medium frits usually appear lighter than their fired colour, even when the glass is not a striker. Coarse frits less so.

All our glass is COE90, Bullseye Glass compatible and suitable for applications such as glass fusing, glass casting and glass slumping (unless otherwise stated in the description).

Beach without sea

Found these to be disappointing. Whilst I realise it says in the description that the colours in the pack will vary I would expect at least one quite vibrant blue to be in the pack (sea/sky) in a substantial frit rather than the light aqua blue fine frit that disappears when put on top of clear tekta. My pack included Tangerine Orange Fine, French Vanilla Course, Medium Amber Medium, Light Aqua Blue Fine and Periwinkle Opal powder.
