Special features:
- The floor of the Deluxe-fuser is made from high-grade, lightweight insulation bricks that give both a structurally steady surface to place the work on and a thermally steady base to aid in maximum glass results.
- "Infra-red" quartz heating elements, designed for high performance and effective insulation.
- The stainless steel lid is lined with press-cut, non-ceramic fibre. This eliminates the risk of brick dust particles dropping from the lid and onto your glass.
- A fast response thermocouple to avoid lag between the kiln temperature and the controller reading.
- Two large vent/peep holes at the front of the kiln, which are closed using spring assisted flaps. The vent holes are angled so your glass can be seen.
- The kiln features dual roof vents with stainless steel, insulated, anti-dust flaps for clean operation, with an optional motorized system for automated opening and closing during firing and cooling cycles—allowing faster cooling and precise control.
- A stainless steel slatted roof allows for the kiln to cool easier
- The Deluxe-fuser's heavy-duty under-floor walk mesh provides strength, heat expansion without distortion, and enhanced cooling by allowing airflow beneath the kiln floor.
- The Deluxe-fuser can be split into 3 parts upon delivery: the base, chamber, and lid. This allows for the kiln to be taken through tighter spaces
- A British company, on hand to offer great advice and post-customer care.
