Preferred by our chief cutter, this is a high quality Silberschnitt oil filled glass cutter with extremely long service life. This top of the range cutter is ideal for cutting glass of 6mm thickness.

Features include:

  • Ball-bearing
  • 360° freely rotating cutting head with trailing cutting wheel
  • Exchangeable wheel holders with different cutting angles for all requirements 
  • Separate application of cutting fluid not necessary due to integrated tank 
  • 2-valve technology for regulated, efficient oil flow
  • Optimum control of cutting pressure with the ergonomic handle 
  • With 145° wheel for cutting glass 6 mm thick 
  • Straight edge stand-off distance 6 mm

Please note this cutter may require a slightly different technique to the normal Toyo glass cutter. 

For the ultimate cutting station, use with the G-Manu Cutting System. 

Cutting oil not included. Available separately.

I bought this cutter the other week specifically to cut 6mm glass as I was finding with my normal glass cutter on 6mm sheets I was getting a slight curve on the edge of the glass. Having used this for the 1st time today I am over the moon with it. It is well worth the money.

I was given one of these for Christmas and I must say it's the best cutter I have ever used, the only down side is it's a bit heavy, so if I'm cutting all day, I will use my Toyo.
