Product Information

A great shape, especially for starters, salads or desserts.

Instead of cutting the glass to match the mould shape, try an oval or a narrower piece of glass.

Bullseye Code: 8925

All our moulds are designed for multiple use and with care should last for many firings.

Dimensions

38cm x 19cm and 4cm deep.

Please note that all our moulds are hand-made and therefore the dimensions may vary slightly from those shown. Mould manufacturers allow a tolerance of up to 2cm. We strongly recommend cutting the glass to the size measured from the actual mould rather than relying solely on the dimensions shown.

This is a great mould in that it can be used to create functional ware, but the gradual angles mean that you can create landscape or other designs which are not disturbed by the slumping. The 2:1 format is good for designs and the 36 cm length is just less than a 40 cm glass sheet making for efficient use of glass. The only downside is that it is only just too large to use in my skutt 14 kiln!
