I much prefer deeper moulds like this to the very shallow that you often get, and I find this is a handy size, with enough surface to be creative. I always use primo primer and rarely recoat - I only use tekta or trans as a base and I think that helps. My mould does measure fractionally smaller than the listed measurements, but I always cut pieces slightly larger than the mould so once slumped they fill it to the edges.

This mould is smaller than the indicated dimensions 16.5X16.5 cm. The slumped glass size is 16X16 cm.
