Bullseye opalescent sheet glass has an assertiveness and complexity of colour that isn’t matched anywhere. These sheets, when held to light, respond with a fascinating array of complementary hues—like an opal.

Working Notes

May react with Copper, Lead, Silver

Cold Characteristics:

This style may not reveal (or strike to) its target colour until fired.

Variation in colour density.

Working Notes:

Colour matures to red and becomes more consistent upon firing.

This style is not suitable for kilncasting because it can become
incompatible when held at high temperatures for an extended period.

applications such as glass fusing, glass casting and glass slumping (unless

Warm Mexican red

This is a lovely fiery chilli red which is quite bright. It is better behaved as sheet compared to frit - in frit you get a little of layers/lamination in the same way as you do with French vanilla.
