Approximately 1cm thick.

These shelves are refractory ceramic (rather than pressed fibre). If your kiln is too small, then this shelf can be cut to size using a wet tile saw, and we recommend wearing an FFP3 mask in case dust is
generated.

Great Quality

This is actually a great shelf, as its noticeably thinner than the shelf that comes with the paragon SC2 so when I want to put two shelves in the kiln the extra little space is really valuable. It's very sturdy.
