how to fit a replacement cuttin wheel

Using a small flat head screwdriver remove the old cutting wheel from the circle cutter. Then carefully remove the screw from the replacement wheel. Be careful to hold the wheel together as you do so, this screw is holding the sides together and the new cutting wheels in place. Removing this screw will allow the sides to come apart so make sure you are holding the sides together. Screw the replacement head to the circle cutter positioning the first cutting disk vertically.
