Your Questions Answered:
If you’re an existing customer, you’ll be prompted to reset your password before logging in. You’ll be sent a password reset email to access your account – this can sometimes appear in a junk folder.
How can I add products to my Wish List?
After logging in, you can save any products that take your fancy in your very own Wish List, without having to add them to your basket. Just click on the heart by the products you love, they will then be added to your Wish List. This can be accessed either at the top of the homepage or in your ‘Account’ under ‘My Wish List’.
A new filter system, what does that include?
New and improved filtering system on Bullseye Sheet Glass, Frits & Powders. You can now filter by type, colour, grade, and price! Just head to the left-hand panel and filter your products!
Will I be able to access my previous invoices?
You can now access your invoices on all your orders! All previous invoices and order information can be accessed in My Account under My Orders, click ‘View Order’ and then the tab that states ‘Invoices’.
Will my gift voucher balance be visible?
On your account information will be your gift voucher balance – this will appear as store credit! We have a new e-Gift Voucher that allows you to choose a card value and choose out of a variety of different card designs. Once purchased, the gift voucher amount will be sent to the recipient of your choice by email with your personalised message, on the date you specify.
What does the new and improved search feature do?
You will now be able to search not only for a product, but for a page too! Search through our website including Customer Service, Knowledge Base and About Us pages! It has never been easier to navigate our website.
